Successful electrical fault finding due to flickering lights (KT2). They fitted us in quickly, Richard explained what he was doing as he went whilst fault finding, worked with transparency and honesty and didn't dilly dally. He asked questions on the phone when booking the call, which gave me confidence. Would use this company again without hesitation for fault finding. Luckily our problem was easily and conveniently resolved within the hour. 👍

Light switch replacement (E14). We recently had an issue with our bathroom and ensuite switches that turned out to be more complicated than expected due to the setup in our new build flat. The team was incredibly responsive and dedicated to resolving the problem. They came back multiple times over the Christmas/New Year period, spending considerable time diagnosing and fixing the issue.
